If you’re in the public sector or education, show how you’ve used social media to engage communities, inform the public, or support learners. In up to 1000 words, describe your creative strategies, innovative content, or campaigns that made an impact.
Include evidence such as engagement stats, community feedback, or examples of successful campaigns that demonstrate effectiveness.
Judges are looking for:
- Alignment with organisational goals and community needs
- Clear, creative communication
- Impact on community engagement or learning outcomes
- Measurable success
Keep within the 1000-word limit and attach supporting materials where relevant.
