Pre-Order Drinks
Before the event, you can pre-order drinks for your table to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Simply download the pre-order form and send it to the Europa Hotel. Your drinks will be waiting on your table, and you’ll benefit from efficient table service throughout the night. We highly recommend taking advantage of this to avoid waiting in line for drinks!
Support PIPS Suicide
Additionally, please bring cash to help support our charity raffle. Tickets are £20 each, and all proceeds will go to PIPS Suicide Prevention Ireland. We really want to raise as much as possible for this important cause, so your contribution would be greatly appreciated!
What to Expect on the Night
- Dress code: Black tie
- Drinks reception and press photos start at 6:30pm on the Lunn’s Jewellers black carpet, with Brendan Gallagher snapping your glamorous entrance.
- Head upstairs to the West Coast Cooler drinks reception in the Grand Ballroom.
- Make your way to your allocated table for the evening.
- There will be music from Yeoo DJ, and plenty of photo opportunities in the Q Radio photobooth and Perfetto Balloons NI area.
With 460 guests arriving at the same time, it’s important to head to the ballroom smoothly. The awards ceremony will begin at 7:15pm sharp and will wrap up around 1am.
NB- Major roadworks on the Sydenham Bypass in east Belfast, part of a resurfacing scheme set to last five months, will cause severe congestion across the city. You are advised to leave plenty of time for your journey due to the ongoing delays.

Start the night off with a charcuterie board that’s perfect for sharing! This spread features hummus, fine meats, cheeses, orzo salad, couscous, and artisan breads. Snap a photo, share, and dive in!
The Showstopper Main Event
Indulge in a trio of meats: succulent pork, tender stuffed turkey, and roasted sirloin. Accompanied by creamy mash, potato gratin, autumn stuffing, and seasonal vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and a rich cauliflower cheese gratin. Don’t miss the Yorkshire pudding with velvety red wine jus—a true feast!
Vegetarian Option
For our vegetarian guests, enjoy a Pumpkin Seed Wellington, wrapped in golden pastry and served with all the luxurious sides. Wholesome and Instagram-worthy!
Paired to Perfection
Your dining experience is elevated with a curated selection of wines, with 3-4 bottles of wine per table (depending on the table size):
- Crossings Sauvignon Blanc – Crisp and refreshing from New Zealand.
- La Maison Lilou Cabernet Sauvignon – Rich and full-bodied.
- Lucchetto Prosecco Extra Dry DOC – Perfect bubbles to keep the celebration sparkling.

Dessert – The Viral Sensation
Inspired by the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate, our dessert is made exclusively for tonight! Pistachio ice cream with a warm, indulgent chocolate sauce, served afternoon tea style, and topped off with a branded chocolate gold logo shard. Sweet surprises include zesty lemon curd with a delicate meringue, indulgent fudge, Yellowman, and chocolate brownie crumble. Macarons add a touch of elegance, while fresh berries bring the balance to this picture-perfect treat. Dessert so good, you’ll want to share… or not! special vegan ice cream option is also available.
A Note to Our Finalists:
Every finalist will receive a trophy on the night. Your finalist trophy will be on your table when you arrive, so make sure to maximise your photo opportunities and get shots with the NI Social Media Awards trophy. Each category will have a winner and a runner-up, both of whom will be invited to the stage to collect their trophies and have press photos taken.
